TEDxLagos 2024
TEDxLagos is excited to partner with TED for its new initiative called TED Democracy. We are humbled to be the only TEDx event from the continent of Africa in collaboration with other TEDx events from Brazil, United States of America, Istanbul, Kazakhstan and Ukraine.
The TED Democracy Initiative launched this important conversation in November, 2023 and through this initiative is partnering with 7 TEDx events around the world — including TEDxLagos right here in Nigeria, Africa — to showcase, celebrate and inspire African governance experts, leadership trailblazers, innovators, dreamers and doers who will share remarkable ideas on our collaborative futures. This gathering will also focus on diverse conversations from technology, health, economy, fashion, artificial intelligence, food and many more.
We will share more about this shortly. In the meantime, pre-register to be the first to know when we share the details.

TEDxWeekendLagos Tickets
The ticket is offered at a starting price of 100 USD with the option to include accommodation at a discounted rate while enjoying the company of other TEDxers who will stay in the official weekend hotel.
Your registration fee includes:
- Plenary and workshop participation
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday
- Dinner on Friday night
- Experiences and activities in Lagos

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- TEDxWeekendLagos Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend the event, you have the option to transfer your ticket to someone else within 10 days prior to the event date directly through the ticketing platform.
- TEDxWeekendLagos does not automatically qualify participants for the TEDx 100+ license

Through the purchase of a ticket you consent to appear in photos and/or video material recorded during the event. These photos and/or videos will then be shared on various on- and offline channels.
- Through the purchase of a ticket, you consent to our Code of Conduct.
- By filling out a ticket order, you provide us with data which we will treat confidentially at any given time and will not pass on to third parties outside of TED and TEDxLagos.
