We’ve got some exciting news for you!

For the first time at TEDxLagos, we’ll be rolling out three epic and impactful initiatives — a salon event, online conversations and a Magazine—in partnership with the TEDx Global Impact Network, focused on sharing ideas about Governance from some of the most innovative and brilliant thinkers, doers and remarkable contributors!

At TEDxLagos, we believe Governance is an essential pillar of society for creating a stable and prosperous society. We believe everyone has a role to play in governance and as such it’s important to further educate citizens on how we can contribute towards building a better nation.

Here’s what to expect:

At our first TEDxLagos Salon in May, we will spotlight brilliant speakers and ideas on governance that will enlighten people on building a better nation. A Salon is an intimate gathering that sparks productive discussions. Stay tuned for more details on the event location and speakers.

Online conversations are a powerful tool for social change. We’ll host a series of online conversations on Instagram and Twitter to share ideas on governance and learn from our community. We encourage you to join the conversation and share your thoughts using the hashtag #Momentum.

For the first time, we’re launching TEDxLagos Times, a magazine that will spotlight remarkable ideas from our city Lagos, Nigeria and the African continent. This first edition will be focused on helping our community gain a deeper understanding of governance.
